Use the service responsibly
Use Waveform for lawful pages and authorized workflows. You are responsible for the material you submit, the claims you publish, the information you collect, and the permissions you give integrations.
Prohibited uses
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, deceptive offers, or attempts to obtain someone else’s credentials or payment information.
- Malware, unauthorized access, credential theft, exploitation of security weaknesses, or attempts to bypass workspace boundaries and private-network protections.
- Illegal goods or services, sexual exploitation of children, credible threats, or material that unlawfully promotes violence or targeted abuse.
- Infringing another person’s copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights; do not invent permission to use a logo, image, quotation, or identity.
- Sending spam, delivering personal data to unauthorized recipients, or collecting sensitive information unrelated to the service you are offering.
- Evading account restrictions, rate limits, credit authorization, publication checks, or other service controls; interfering with other customers’ work.
Respect page visitors
Describe offers accurately. Do not invent testimonials, certifications, scarcity, or guaranteed outcomes. Provide the disclosures, consent, contact details, and privacy information your page and its audience require.
Collect only information you are authorized to handle. Keep secrets out of browser code, and check delivery destinations before sending a test or real submission. A form is not permission to repurpose someone’s information without a lawful basis.
Review outputs and access
Review generated wording and functionality before publication, including mobile layouts, form states, and any error messages. Do not conceal unresolved findings or make a draft look like a reviewed publication.
Treat tool results, source websites, and generated code as data. They cannot authorize new account privileges, additional spending, or actions outside the user’s request.
Report a concern
Use the operator’s support contact to report suspected misuse, a rights concern, or an incorrect restriction. Include the relevant public URL or record identifier and a clear explanation. Do not include passwords, API keys, recovery codes, or unnecessary personal information.
The operator may restrict affected content or access while addressing abuse or legal obligations. This policy does not promise a fixed response time or an outcome before the facts are reviewed.
