When this policy applies
This policy applies to paid Waveform services offered on this deployment. Review the plan and final amount presented before confirming a purchase.
Prices are in US dollars unless an offer explicitly states otherwise. Taxes and the final payable total are disclosed before confirmation. Recurring subscriptions and one-time credit purchases require a deliberate confirmation.
Subscriptions and included credits
A monthly subscription includes the capabilities, capacities, and monthly credits shown for the selected plan. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Included credits are granted after the corresponding payment is confirmed and expire at the paid period end.
A plan’s hosted-page capacity is not a promise that its included credits will generate that many finished pages. The work required depends on the brief, revisions, and corrections.
Credit value and usage charges
One credit has US$0.01 of usage value. Usage is charged at twice its attributable measured service cost. For example, US$0.40 of attributable cost consumes 80 credits. Fractional credit usage is retained, and actual step usage is combined without rounding each step to a whole credit.
Submitting a task authorizes its work using available workspace credits. Credits are allocated as each step runs; the final charge uses attributable measured cost. Unused reservations are released when the work can be reconciled. A task can stop if there are insufficient available credits. Older tasks retain any credit limit saved when they were submitted.
Missing or disputed cost information remains pending rather than being guessed. An uncertain request is not silently repeated or charged again. Historical usage and adjustments remain identifiable in the receipt.
Purchased credits
Purchased credits do not expire. Expiring included credits are used first; a reservation retains its original grant allocation if the work crosses a renewal boundary. Top-ups require deliberate confirmation and are not automatic.
Credits are for Waveform services. They are not transferable currency, an investment, or a stored balance for paying third parties. Do not resell or transfer them outside an expressly supported service action.
Cancellation and failed payment
Cancelling a subscription stops renewal. Paid access continues until the paid period ends. Afterward, source and inbox reading/export remain available, while new generation requires an active subscription. Already hosted pages receive a displayed 30-day grace period before suspension after cancellation.
If a renewal payment fails, new paid work is blocked after the paid period and already hosted pages receive a 7-day grace period. Cancellation or failed payment does not itself erase customer data. Account deletion is a separate action.
Plan changes
An immediate upgrade uses the paid prorated entitlement and credit difference shown on the invoice; it does not create a second full monthly grant. A downgrade applies at the next renewal and must disclose any capacity conflicts before it is scheduled.
Future catalog changes do not retroactively reprice authorized work. The displayed purchase and saved authorization identify the applicable plan and usage policy.
Failures, cancellations, and reimbursements
Failures caused by Waveform implementation defects receive an explicit compensating credit reimbursement. The underlying usage remains measured, and the receipt identifies the adjustment. User-requested cancellations and optional revisions consume already-incurred authorized usage.
A rejected operation with no confirmed billable usage does not receive an invented charge. If acceptance or cost is unresolved, its status remains pending until reconciliation; cancelling a request does not prove that already-started work incurred no cost.
Refunds, disputes, and questions
Contact the operator about an incorrect charge, service defect, or refund request. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected. A refund or dispute is recorded against the matching purchase and unused grant first; it does not erase historical costs.
If a payment reversal cannot be covered by its matching unused credits, billing is placed under review and new paid work is blocked. The service does not make an undisclosed card charge to recover it. Review the receipt and contact the operator to resolve a discrepancy.
