Questions about billing
How many pages do the credits cover?
It depends on the task. A complex page or repeated design changes use more credits. Your usage receipt shows the charges for each task.
How are tasks charged?
Waveform sets aside available credits while your task runs, then charges for the work used. Unused credits return to your balance. If a cost has not been confirmed, it stays pending.
Do credits expire?
Included monthly credits expire at the end of the paid month. Purchased credits do not expire. Credits already set aside for a running task stay available to that task.
What happens when I cancel?
Read the billing policy for details on cancelling renewal, access during the remaining paid period, and the hosting grace period. Cancelling a subscription and deleting your account are separate actions.
