Terms of service

The agreement for using this Waveform service and the responsibilities that come with it.

Effective September 16, 2026 · Adwave Digital Inc

The agreement

These terms govern your use of the Waveform service operated by Adwave Digital Inc. By using it, you agree to these terms and the linked acceptable-use and billing policies where relevant. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.

You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live. Keep account information accurate and protect your credentials. You are responsible for authorized activity in your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

What the service provides

Waveform helps turn a brief into a design and one working landing page per revision. Available features depend on the deployment and your workspace’s permissions and plan. A preview may be incomplete or still under review. A checked version and an explicitly published version are different states.

Review the actual content, rights, links, accessibility, and behavior before you use or publish an output. The service does not promise a particular completion time, conversion result, unique output, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you have in material you supply. You give the operator the permission needed to store, process, reproduce, and transmit that material to provide your requested features, including through the service providers described in the privacy policy.

Only submit or publish content, logos, images, quotations, and personal data that you are entitled to use. Generated output may resemble other content and may contain errors. Check its rights and accuracy. Any third-party licenses or attribution supplied with an asset or download remain applicable.

Workspaces and integrations

Workspace owners and admins control access within their allowed roles. Make sure members and integrations have only the permissions they need. A change to a membership or credential can revoke existing access.

You authorize an external delivery when you configure and explicitly use that destination. A received submission and an acknowledged delivery are different events. Your use of third-party destinations is also subject to their terms and your responsibilities to the people whose information you collect.

Paid services

When paid services are offered, the plan, recurring price, included credits, limits, tax treatment, and confirmation flow shown before purchase govern that purchase. The billing policy explains authorization, actual usage, renewal, cancellation, and adjustments. A browser redirect alone does not confirm a payment or grant service credit.

A changed price or policy applies to future authorized purchases or work as disclosed. It does not silently reprice work already authorized under a saved policy.

Abuse and service access

Follow the acceptable-use policy and do not bypass authorization, usage limits, or safety controls. The operator may restrict an affected action or account when needed to prevent abuse, protect users, enforce this agreement, or comply with law. Contact the operator if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Do not use automated output as a substitute for professional advice or for review where errors could cause serious harm. You remain responsible for how you use a page and for claims you make to its visitors.

Ending use and deleting an account

You can stop using the service and, where applicable, cancel renewal under the billing policy. Cancellation does not itself delete your account or content. Account deletion revokes access and records a deletion request for private workspaces under the privacy policy. Assign another owner before deleting the only owner of a shared workspace.

Download information you need before closing an account. Records that must be retained for law, security, or resolving a dispute follow the published retention schedule.

Questions, changes, and applicable rights

Contact the operator below about these terms or a dispute. The effective date identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.

These terms do not waive statutory consumer or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining terms apply to the extent permitted by law.
