Set up your account

Create an account with your name, workspace name, email, and password. New passwords use 15 to 128 characters. Open the verification link in your email to verify the address.

Forgot your password? Request a reset email from the sign-in page. Use the complete email link. Resetting the password signs out existing sessions and revokes API keys.

Add two-step verification

1. Open Account & security after verifying your email.
2. Set up an authenticator, scan the QR code or enter its setup key, and confirm a current six-digit code.
3. Save the recovery codes somewhere private. They are shown once, and each code can be used once.
4. Use an authenticator or unused recovery code when sign-in asks for one.

Review access

Review active sessions and sign out a session or every session. Create API keys only for integrations you trust, with the narrowest available permissions and an appropriate expiry. Save a new key when it is shown; it cannot be displayed again.

Sensitive changes may require you to confirm your identity. After confirmation, repeat the action you intended. Never send passwords, recovery codes, or API keys to support.

Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your access immediately and starts deletion of your private workspaces. If other people share a workspace where you are the only owner, assign another owner first. Read the deletion confirmation and the privacy policy before proceeding.
