Choose a workspace, invite teammates, and understand roles.
Switch workspaces
Pages and integrations belong to the selected workspace. Check the active workspace before you start work or create an API key. Switching workspace changes the workspace used by your session.
Workspace roles
- Owners manage every role and workspace access.
- Admins manage workspace operations, editors, and viewers; only owners can manage owners and admins.
- Editors can create, edit, and publish pages, manage supported domains/forms, and view billing.
- Viewers can read pages and billing information.
The server enforces permissions for every action. Changing a member’s role revokes their existing sessions and API keys for that workspace.
Invite and join
An owner or admin can send an invitation to an email address with an allowed role. The recipient signs in with that address, verifies it, and accepts the invitation. After joining, open the new workspace to start using it.
Owners can assign another owner before leaving. The last owner cannot remove their own ownership while it would leave the workspace without an owner.
